Definition of “Goods in Good Condition”

  1. Goods in Good Condition: This refers to products that maintain their original quality, functionality, and completeness, including the product itself, accessories, and intact brand labels. Conducting necessary inspections and reasonable testing does not affect the condition of the goods.
  2. Goods Not in Good Condition: This refers to products that have been significantly devalued due to usage beyond what is necessary for inspection and testing. Specific criteria include:
    • Clothing: Removal or damage to brand labels, stains, or damages to the product.

Return Process and Rules:

  1. For products eligible for a 30-day no-reason return and meeting the criteria of being in good condition, customers may initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of receiving the product. The return period starts from the day after the logistics display shows the receipt of the product.
  2. When returning a product, customers should include the product itself, accessories, and any free gifts received. Free gifts include physical items, points, vouchers, coupons, etc. If free gifts cannot be returned, the seller may request the customer to pay the specified price for the gifts.
  3. Returned products should be in good condition. If the returned products are in good condition, the seller should refund the payment made by the customer within 15 days from the date of receiving the returned products. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon between the seller and the customer.
  4. If the customer used points, vouchers, coupons, etc., to make the payment, the seller should refund the corresponding amount in the same form after receiving the returned products. Any agreements regarding the use and refund of points, vouchers, coupons, etc., shall prevail.
  5. If the customer paid a transaction fee when using a credit card, the seller may choose not to refund the transaction fee upon refund. If the seller waived the transaction fee when the customer used a credit card for payment, the seller may deduct the transaction fee when issuing a refund.
  6. The refund amount should be based on the actual amount paid by the customer. If part of the goods from a set or a promotion with a discount are returned, resulting in the inability to enjoy the discount, the refund should be calculated based on the individual prices of the goods purchased, with any excess refunded or deficiency charged.
  7. If the customer participated in a free shipping promotion, the seller may deduct the shipping fee when issuing a refund.
